Meet Our Founder
I’m Kara De La Pena, a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of NP2GO.
I started NP2GO in 2019 because I wanted healthcare to be easier to access and more personal. In the early days, I personally texted our patients—and that experience shaped how we still run NP2GO today.
I’m a millennial. I want to be able to text my provider when I have a question, and I think our patients should be able to do the same.
That’s why real people answer our phones and texts. We’re transparent about what things cost. We don’t believe in hidden fees or making it difficult to get an answer when you need one.
NP2GO is family-owned, and I’m still involved in the business every day. As we’ve grown, keeping that personal connection with our patients has remained important to me.
